Before i Start putting my suggestions down if you agree or disagree with the suggestion please say.

Also Before Voting on the Poll Please read the 'Raiding' Section Thanks.

Took a while to think of things to add i have asked around a bit and this is what i came up with.


I have split this up into different sections:

Base Building

Gameplay

Raiding

Cannoning Rules

Maybe printable genbuckets? Instead of lava for cobble gen buckets have it cobble blocks which you can buy in stacks of 64 for $640 ($10 Each Use):


Add obby gen buckets to /genshop

Fix Schematic: you get kicked when your distance is on 2 blocks make it so you can use a higher distance and not get kicked every 2 mins

Add Lighting Wands: Makes raiding more advanced, by lighting the creeper and gives more loot. and does more damage:

Add Crop Hoppers: Reduces lag and entities in world


Gen buckets should not allowed when pvping

Larger Factions maybe 75-100 per fac if people dont like this idea make it more power per player if having 30 chunk buffer which i explain under ‘Raiding’.

Tray Pickaxes- mines the dirt / netherrack at top of the base making watering a base easier. there is a couple ways this could be done firstly making a option to choose what blocks you want mined and also making an option so it doesnt break the water but allows it to flow down. another way of doing this is by adding a fully different pickaxe which will only break dirt and netherrack this will be located on the buycraft or the custom shop.


Raiding:


Personally i think cannoning is way to easy as shown here:

One way to overcome this is by bringing the 80 sand stack limit or make it higher back this will make raiding more fun and will take more effort. I know since you lost all the files this may no longer be possible however there is another way to overcome this.

Second way to make ‘Raiding Harder’ Is to make buffers bigger Currently buffers are only 20 chunks (160 walls) maybe make it 25 chunk buffer or even 30 chunk buffer which will increase the fun of raiding even more and will make it more difficult also it lets smaller factions actually have a chance to survive you can throw up a full base within 24 hours easily.


Optimal explosions- Reduces lag client side and also server side when cannoning.


Make it so you don't take damage from tnt- currently you take a lot of damage from tnt when raiding which means you need to keep going to get health potions to regen your health.

Lower the durability of obsidian make it 3-5


Remove endstone or make it more expensive for one Endstone block. 50k is too cheap make it around 300k-500k each. its 300 hits and faggots just spam it down.


Cannoning Rules:


Autos Under y10 allowed apart from the auto 1 sec rev nuke.

Left shooting Bannable- Already bannable

Wall-Removing Bannable- Already bannable

Rev Nuking allowed (one second rev nuke not allowed
)

No more than 1 wall oneshots allowed (Only one cannon shooting at a time).

Agree with everything honestly, 25 chunk buffers could be cool but meh dout it.

Outpost should only be 2x sell nothing more

  • Raid claims- 5x5 chunks claimed only. Shits toxic when you have to shoot 30 chunks
  • Tnt fill chests- Put a sign on chest [tntfill] and auto fills from the chest. 10 signs per person, only if you have the tntfill command.
  • Disable gen buckets in combat shits aids.
  • Add kb 2 book to koth loot? Or a kb2 iron sword with sharpness and unbreaking.
  • Revamp the crates, only crate that has anything decent is the legendary crate.
  • F upgrades, super nice and gives you something to do all map to help improve your faction.
  • Envoys in warzone, will encourage pvp whilst getting good items, spawners,armour, obby gen buckets, ect
  • Make villager or silverfish spawners drop something cool and expensive, IG spawners have been the main source of money for a long time, shits boring.
  • Saw this on archon few years back, make it so certain spawners cant be placed above certain Y lvls. Adds more to cannoning instead of everyone just shooting at 230-255
  • Revamp the kits, pls.
  • Improve the afk radius. Less alts needed to afk the full base.

I don't think making buffers 25-30 chunks long is making raiding anymore "enjoyable". Yanno what sounds worse than shooting through 160 flat walls? Hitting the button 80 more times.

Also, I still don't agree with the stand point of nerfing obsidian blast resistance nor endstone. I get that you want to prevent people from spam repairing their walls with high-blast resist blocks but it also negates any possibility for defenses/walls using those high blast resist blocks to slow down a raid.

Another thing. Larger factions is a horrible idea & I think a major problem the factions community as a whole. I think when you start promoting HUGE roster's you kill competition as well as the fun in a raiding aspect of a server. Back in factions prime a roster of even 20 people was considered pretty large. Nowadays you login a fresh reset & see people piling 40-50 people into a single faction for their SICK payout of 3k.. split 50 ways.. huge money boyssss. Lemme fill my faction full of people from every time zone & outfit everyone with wall detectors. #factions2018

Just my 2 cents, someone linked me this new thread on discord.

GN vs goboom/gucci days were the best, what was it MAYBE 10V10? I agree with big rosters being stupid.

reason i said about larger facs is for power mainly for throwing alts in if the 25 or 30 chunk buffers happens. 160 isn't even that hard to cannon Lol.. most cannons use button spammers nowadays if you actually know shit about cannoning.

That fails to answer how that makes raiding "more enjoyable". All you're doing to increasing the amount of times you're 1 shotting a flat wall lol

Any faction I ever played in competitively had like 10 active members & that was usually a tight core that traveled from server to server among the top. I think it's crazy seeing the extent people will go to for their $50-$100 minecraft payout nowadays lol.

You find shooting flat walls for 30 mins to be easy, and it can be inferred that you find it boring. Your suggestion to make raiding more enjoyable is to add more of that same boring repetition for the sole reason of making a raid last longer. More time invested does not automatically equate to more fun. The most enjoyable raids I've been a part of were raids in which we found holes in a base's defense and exploited those holds. Straight shooting, no matter how many walls you put up, will be and feel the same all the time.

I fail to see the logic in adding more chunks to buffers.

20 member limit on factions, 100 power per player for 2000 power per faction, and no f-access maybe?
