I believe that this server should be updated to 1.16 when it releases. We are missing many blocks right now (like observers), and we will be missing a lot of important items next update, like netherite gear. It really wouldn't hurt to update.

Anything above 1.8.9 isn't the best 1.16 wouldn't be the best idea for that reason and most plugins won't be up to date with that version for a while or at all
